Shower thought🚿: Discipline is Love
My son Miles is now 19 months old.
He is strong-willed, high energy, and curious.
He’s testing new boundaries each day as he learns the world around him.
While he can’t yet have a full conversation, he does comprehend.
To Miles — Discipline is Love.
Discipline is training.
It is knowledge.
It is kind.
It does not push.
It does not shove.
Discipline is patient.
Patient for you and me.
It takes the time it needs.
The time it needs to send,
A message from above.
Discipline is not punishment.
It teaches.
It does not hide.
It does not hurt.
Discipline is love.
