I’m on a mission to put the “Personal” back into Personal Development
Shower thought🚿: What if we swung for the fences?
It’s getting close to the end of the year.
Days ticks. Weeks fade. Before you know it, it’s November.
Then Thanksgiving → Christmas → New Year.
Does this induce a panic attack for you like it does for me?
November and December are when sh** gets real.
Business either gets done or doesn’t.
We either achieve our goals or not.
Let’s swing for the fences.
Let’s put it all out there.
Because 2025 isn’t guaranteed. But we have today. We have right now.
Keep moving forward.

The Counterintuitive Way to Build Momentum
Mastering Momentum: Part 2 - (Starting Small)
Need to Catch up? Part 1
Why starting small is key.
WARNING: Don’t do as I do.
I’ve been caught time after time biting off more than I can chew — only to lose all momentum and stop working on a goal abruptly.
Riding a wave of motivation is enticing.
When you’re on a high, anything feels possible.
But we always come back to the mean.
Momentum isn’t about going BIG. It’s about going small.
Don’t start creating goals after a Tony Robbins seminar — wait until you’re home with your pets, kids, work, and all other responsibilities.
This isn’t to say you shouldn’t dream big.
Dream big, but start small.
Then keep the ball rolling.
(do)Try this at home:
Ask yourself these 3 questions before taking on a new growth challenge:
What is the reality of my current expectations? Can I take on new growth in this area or should I be looking to maintain?
What is the smallest baseline goal I can set? (something so easy you can’t break it)
At what frequency will I ramp up and progress?
THANK YOU for making it to the end!
